Lahmacun

Pide
A boat-shaped Turkish flatbread that’s slightly thicker and softer than lahmacun, typically filled with ingredients like cheese, minced meat, sucuk, or vegetables.
Gozleme
A hand-rolled Turkish flatbread stuffed with a simple filling of spinach and feta, folded and cooked on a hot griddle until golden.
